Customer-Connect.net enables you to:

Customer-Connect contains tons of information but does not replace the personal communication you’ll receive from the service team assigned to your account. Customer-Connect will not diminish our personal touch but it will provide you with a faster means of checking project status, requesting quotes and requesting/reacting to changes. And, when your catalog is ready for mailing, you will have access to an electronic confirmation of your mail plan strategy and real-time mail tracking through the USPS. We also track your bulk shipments and provide UPS, FedEx, and truck tracking information.
